White Label Terms

1. What is a White Label Application?

A White Label application is a branded version of the Washa platform published under the Partner's company name, logo and branding.

The Partner receives a fully branded mobile application while Washa continues to develop, maintain and improve the underlying software platform.

2. Introduction

Washa provides White Label mobile applications built on top of the Washa platform.

Partners receive a branded application under their own business name while Washa continues to own and maintain the underlying software platform.

3. Intellectual Property

The following remain the exclusive intellectual property of Washa:

• Source code
• Backend services
• APIs
• Platform architecture
• CRM
• Mobile applications
• UI components
• Infrastructure
• Database architecture and storage technology
• Internal tools
• Future updates
• Technical documentation

The partner receives a license to use the application, not ownership of the software itself.

4. Partner Ownership

Everything provided by the partner remains their property, including:

• Company name
• Brand
• Logo
• Trademark
• Colors
• Images
• Marketing materials
• Text content
• Business information

Washa does not claim ownership over any partner branding.

5. License

The White Label application is licensed as part of the Washa platform.

Payment does not transfer ownership of:

• Source code
• Software
• Architecture
• Backend
• Intellectual property

6. Publishing

Washa publishes and maintains the mobile application under the partner's branding.

The application may be published using:

• Washa Developer Account
• or the Partner's Developer Account (if requested)

7. Updates

All platform improvements, bug fixes and compatible feature updates automatically become available for White Label applications.

Partners are not purchasing a static application. They receive an evolving product.

8. Data Ownership

The Partner remains responsible for the business data created and managed through the Washa platform, including customer information, vehicles, orders and other operational records.

Washa processes such data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Washa does not sell Partner business data or use it for its own commercial purposes.

Data may only be processed or shared where necessary to provide the service or where required by applicable law.

9. Data Export

Partners may export the primary business data available through the Washa platform at any time using the built-in export functionality provided within the CRM.

If a specific dataset is not available through the standard export tools, the Partner may submit a request to contact@appwasha.com during the applicable data retention period, and Washa will make reasonable efforts to provide the requested business data in a suitable machine-readable format where technically feasible.

10. Data Retention

After termination of the partnership, Washa will securely retain the Partner's data for up to 90 calendar days.

During this period, the Partner may request an additional export of their business data.

After the retention period, the data may be permanently deleted.

11. App Store & Google Play Removal

If the partner requests removal of the application from the App Store and/or Google Play, Washa will begin the removal process within 30 calendar days after receiving a written request.

Actual removal timing may depend on Apple or Google review processes.

12. Support

Washa continues maintaining:

• Infrastructure
• Platform maintenance
• Security updates
• Compatibility updates

Feature requests are evaluated individually.

13. Restrictions

Partners may not:

• Request ownership of the source code
• Copy the software
• Reverse engineer the application
• Create derivative versions
• Redistribute the software
• Sublicense the software

14. Termination

If the partnership ends:

• The license to use the White Label application ends
• The application may be removed from the stores
• Partner branding will no longer be used
• Partner data can be exported upon request during the data retention period

15. Portfolio

Unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing, Washa may list the published application as part of its portfolio and reference it as a completed White Label project.
