Terms of Delivery (Provision of Services)

These Terms of Delivery describe how and when Washa provides access to its digital services, including CRM and online booking tools.

1. Type of Service

Washa provides digital services in the form of a CRM and an online booking platform.

2. Method of Delivery

Access to the service is provided online. No physical delivery is required.

3. Service Duration

Access to the platform is granted according to the subscription plan selected on the Pricing page

4. Account Access

After payment, the user receives login credentials or an email with instructions for accessing their account. A free trial month is also available — no payment is required during this period. After the trial ends, the user's account remains active, but access to the platform’s features is only available after selecting and paying for a subscription plan.

6. Service Availability

The Washa platform is available 24/7, except during scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.
