Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services provided through the Washa platform.
1. General Provisions
1.1. Washa provides digital services in the form of CRM and online booking tools, with access granted immediately after payment. 1.2. By purchasing access to the platform, the User agrees to this Policy and acknowledges that services are provided on a subscription basis.
2. Refunds Are Granted In The Following Cases
2.1. Refunds may be granted if: - The User did not receive access to their account due to a technical error attributable to Washa, and after contacting support via email (contact@appwasha.com), no response or access was provided within a reasonable time. A confirmed email record must be available; - The service was charged incorrectly due to a system malfunction; - The User has paid in advance for a long-term plan (for example, 6 or 12 months) and decides to cancel the subscription early. In this case, Washa may recalculate the used period at the standard (non-discounted) monthly rate and refund the remaining balance. 2.2. Refunds are not provided once the User has logged into their account and started using the platform, except in the cases described above.
3. Subscription Cancellation and Access Suspension
3.1. The User may cancel their subscription at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. 3.2. For long-term plans (6-month or annual subscriptions), if the User requests early termination, Washa may recalculate the subscription cost based on the time used at the standard monthly rate and refund the remaining portion. 3.3. All refund requests are reviewed individually to ensure fairness and transparency. 3.4. In case of cancellation, refund, or failure to pay the subscription fee on time, Washa reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform and related services until payment is completed.
