1. Terms and Definitions

1.1. The following terms apply in this document and the resulting relations of the Parties:

a. "Agreement" means the agreement between the Company and the User executed under these Terms.

b. "Platform" means the CRM and online booking software provided by Individual Entrepreneur German Gribanov for Traditional Car Wash & Detailing businesses.

c. "User" means a person or entity that has accepted these Terms to use the Platform.

d. "Website" means the web interface of the Platform at the registered domain.

e. "Mobile Application" means the official app provided by the Company to the User.

f. "Client" means any end customer booking a service via the Platform.

2. Agreement

2.1. By accessing or using the Platform, the User agrees to comply with these Terms.

2.2. The Platform and its Products may be used only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

2.3. The use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2.4. Mandatory documents for using the Platform include:

a. Privacy Policy: Privacy Policy

b. Cancellations Policy: Cancellations Policy

3. Grant of Rights and Ownership

3.1. The Company grants the User a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Platform within its functionality.

3.2. Users must not reverse engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute the Platform.

3.3. All intellectual property rights of the Platform remain with the Company.

3.4. The Company may refer to the collaboration with the User for promotional purposes.

4. General Terms of Use

4.1. Browsing public materials on the Website does not require registration.

4.2. Use of full functionality requires registration and authorization.

4.3. Access rights and fees for certain features are determined at the Company’s discretion.

4.4. Registration creates a Personal Account for the User.

4.5. Users must provide accurate information and update it when necessary.

4.6. The Company may request verification documents to confirm the User’s identity.

4.7. User data is stored and processed according to the Privacy Policy.

4.8. Users independently manage their Personal Account and Platform usage within the Terms.

4.9. Use of login credentials is governed by Section 7.

5. Restrictions of Platform Use

5.1. Users must not use the Platform to engage in illegal or harmful activities.

5.2. Users must comply with intellectual property and privacy laws.

5.3. Users are liable for their actions and for damages caused to third parties.

5.4. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to, uploading illegal content, spamming, impersonation, or violating laws.

5.5. Repeated or gross violations may result in account suspension or deletion.

6. Notices

6.1. The Company may send informational messages about Platform updates, restrictions, or other relevant events.

6.2. Notifications may also include preventive maintenance alerts or amendments to these Terms.

6.3. Notifications may include promotional content from the Company.

7. Electronic Signature

7.1. Electronic documents certified by a basic e-signature can be used.

7.2. A basic e-signature confirms that the electronic signature is generated directly by the User.

7.3. Electronically signed documents are equivalent to paper documents with wet signatures.

7.4. Users are identified by login/email associated with their Personal Account.

7.5. Actions performed with a User’s e-signature are deemed committed by the User.

7.6. Users must keep their e-signature credentials confidential.

7.7. Users must immediately notify the Company of unauthorized access or loss of credentials.

7.8. Users must update their email address in the Personal Account in case of loss or unauthorized access.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. If any provision becomes invalid, remaining provisions remain valid.

8.2. Company inaction does not waive the right to enforce the Terms in the future.
